In order to receive your voucher pack, we will need 3 things:

  • Completed and signed contract
  • Proof of your organization’s 501(c)3 non-profit status
  • Payment of DonateDirect’s service fee of $3000 (by check or credit card).

If you pay by check, make it payable to “Settlement Recovery Center” and send all materials to:

If you pay by credit card, complete the credit card payment information at the end of the contract and submit it with your materials. You may submit by mail, or fax to (415) 392-5901.

If you have mailed the above materials, please send an email to info@donatedirect.net to let us know that your submission is on the way.

After we receive your submission and determine that it’s complete, we will send you vouchers and instructions on how to convert the vouchers into cash.
